THIS THING IS GARBAGE

This item is absolute garbage. It's so bad, it makes me want to cry. I've tested it a million times, and it still breaks down. The construction is shoddy, and the features are terrible. Honestly, I can't understand how they could sell thisthing without being embarrassed. I'm so frustrated that I imagined I'd purchased something functional instead.
